Robert Winston – two rides for Dean Ivory at Brighton
ROBERT WINSTON is aboard two Dean Ivory runners at Brighton today, Pacohontas in the 2.15 and R Bar Open in the 5.15.
The former has shown little form to date in three previous maidens and on his handicap debut and today he drops back in trip to sprinting for the first time. Robert Winston is also in the saddle for the first time, which might signal some improvement. However, the 3yo son of Paco Boy, who is 16/1, needs to improve markedly to win.
R Bar Open, winner last time out over 7f at Salisbury, has the more obvious chance and at 4/1 favourite, he could well secure back-to-back wins over the same trip. That was his first run on turf and there could well be more improvement to come in what doe
