Dean Ivory – runs Dor’s Law at Wolverhampton
DEAN IVORY and Paul Webber both have one horse running today, in the same race at Wolverhampton. Dor’s Law and New Agenda both line up in the 7.40 at Dunstall Park, a maiden over 1m 141 yards. The former has shown ability in two runs to date, earlier this year, over 7f at Lingfield and a mile at Kempton. Today’s longer trip will suit but the 3yo Lawman filly needs this for a handicap mark. Jimmy Quinn rides the 16/1 shot. New Agenda has also had just the two runs, both for top Irish trainer, Dermot Weld, over 10f and and an extended mile. Beaten at odds on last time out, this is his first run for Paul Webber after an absence from the track of 230 days. The 4yo New Approach gelding has the capable Ted Durcan on board but is weak in the market at 14/1. Both horses have a future but may struggle today to beat the hot favourite, Frenchman for Charlie Hills and Darryll Holland.
