DEAN runs four at sunny Yarmouth today, Dors Law in the 2.40, Nicky Baby in the 4.25, Wotadoll in the 4.55 and Forever Yours in the 5.25 and the third of these, Wotadoll looks to have an excellent chance of breaking her duck.
The 3yo Harbour Watch filly is one of seven runners in the second division of the 6f handicap and having been placed twice over course and distance earlier this year, the 5/2 favourite should go close under Robert Winston. She has been working well at home, will appreciate the drop back to 6f and the good to firm ground. There is a lot to like about her chances.
Dors Law may appreciate the return to turf, having disappointed in three all-weather races earlier the year. She does have a 168-day absence to overcome, so one would expect her to come on for the run.
Nicky Baby runs in the first division of the 6f handicap and has quite a lot to prove although blinkers may help.
Forever Yours has each-way credentials at 12/1 in the lucky last but Willie Haggas’ Harba is surely a good thing, being nine pounds well in compared with future handicaps.
Robert Winston rides all four horses.
