SPRING ROMANCE, owned by Solario Racing (Berkhamsted) will make his racecourse debut at Windsor in the opener on Monday, a 2yo novice race over five furlongs.

He is drawn seven of ten and Adam Kirby rides.  Four of the field have run before but there are no winners, so is it is effectively a maiden for juveniles.

The market leaders are likely to be dominated by those with previous experience including Brocklesby second, The Love Doctor,  Newbury second, Spoof and Declarationoflove, who was fourth behind  Dean Ivory’s Angel Of The South at Windsor before coming third at Brighton.

Stable apprentice, Jack Duern, put the finishing touches to Spring Romance this morning at Harper Lodge Farm and was very happy with him as they did two gentle canters.

The going is Good to Firm, Good in places at Windsor and with little rain predicated between now and Monday evening, the ground is likely to be quite quick.

Good luck to Solario Racing (Berkhamsted) and Spring Romance!
