DEAN IVORY sets a poser for punters again tonight as Cappananty Con and Nezar both compete against eachother for the third time in a row.
Eight line up for the 6f sprint due off at 8.15pm and the small field may not be to Cappananty’s advantage. Last time out he won with Nezar beaten three and half lengths into fifth and the four pounds turnaround in the weights may not be sufficient to turn the tables. However, Nezar, the mount of Jack Duern has the plum draw in one while Capppanty is wide in eight and he may not be able to get sufficient cover under Robert Winston.
In terms of the betting, Nezar is 4/1 favourite with Cappananty just behind at 9/2. It again is a difficult call. In the long run, Cappananty looks to be the improving horse but tonight there is unlikely to be much between them. Maybe a reverse forecast?
