Owners Hospitality…Throughout the season
Solario Racing understands that racehorse ownership is supposed to be fun. Unfortunately because we are dealing with animals, there’s a lot of unpredictability and as anyone who’s owned racehorses knows, there are “ups”…and there are “downs!”
So, we believe that looking after owners is paramount and as part of that process, we will be arranging not only hospitality days for our owners at the stables but days out at some of the major domestic race meetings such as Ascot, Goodwood and Newmarket.
Solario Racing may runs its syndicates on the flat but we love the jumps game too and so regularly organise great days out at tracks such as Newbury and Huntingdon.
These days at the races will be organised specifically for our owners and their friends. We will arrange everything from private boxes, badges and light buffets to champagne receptions, four course lunches and celebrity racing tipsters.
We also arrange racing trips abroad. In October 2019, owners enjoyed a fabulous three-night stay in Paris for the Arc de Triomphe. Travel, hotels, restaurants, racing at Longchamp and even a boat trip down the Seine! Everything was organised by Solario Racing.
Each event will be personally supervised by Solario Racing who will be there to ensure you truly have a day to remember.

A personal approach to corporate hospitality
Solario Racing is delighted to offer companies, however large or small, the opportunity to entertain clients at a range of bespoke racing events without going through an expensive agency.
Corporate hospitality is still flourishing despite the current economic climate. However, we are very aware that companies pay more attention to their entertainment budgets than ever before and demand events which are unique and provide value for money.
Whether you are looking for high end racecourse hospitality for clients or need an unusual team building day for staff, we can plan, arrange and host a bespoke event tailored to your individual requirements.
We are also happy to cater for groups of all sizes from ten to fifty plus. Perhaps you’d like a coach trip to Windsor races for a fish and chips supper at one of the course’s famous music nights such as Ronnie Scott’s? Or would you prefer a table of ten for fine dining in a hospitality box at Newbury with champagne, wine, access to the paddock and your own tipster competition?
We can also arrange exclusive visits to some of the country’s major studs or even a personal tour of Amy Murphy’s stables in the morning followed by an afternoon’s racing and five-star hospitality at one of the country’s premier racecourses.
