Angel Of The South - each-way chance at Wolves

Angel Of The South – each-way chance at Wolves

ANGEL OF THE SOUTH, is one of two stable runners today at Wolverhampton and the 2yo grey has an each-way chance in the 6f novice, due off at 2.45pm.

She has some good form in the book, notably at Windsor earlier in the year and after a tardy start in a 5f nursery last time out at Chelmsford was second.  Today, in the eight-runner contest, she is well drawn in two and under Robert Winston, who knows her so well, she has place claims at least at 5/1.

The odd’s on favourite, Rizzle Dizzle and the second favourite Global Rose look the main threats.

At 4.25pm , Harlequin Striker is one of seven runner in the 1m 1 1/2f handicap and while the longer trip may not on the face of it suit, the Bahamian Bounty gelding is well drawn in one.  At around 10/1, he probably has it all to do but there as been some support for him at biggier odss.  Charles Bishop rides.
